Who we are

This app is operated by Krishna Prasad Sundaram trading as SimhaFoundry. You can reach us at support@simhafoundry.ai.

What we collect

The app intentionally collects as little as possible. The only data we receive from you is:

• The access code you type (printed inside the book), sent to our server so we can verify your copy and serve the matching companion images. The code is stored locally on your device so you stay signed in.

We do not collect: your name, email, precise location, device identifiers, advertising IDs, contacts, your photo library, microphone, browsing history, or third-party analytics. The app has no account and no ads.

Camera

The app uses the camera only to scan the QR codes printed inside the book, so it can open the matching chapter. The camera image is processed on your device in real time and is never saved, stored, or transmitted. You can decline the camera permission and still use the app by typing the access code.

How we use it

The access code is used solely to gate access to the companion images that pair with the printed book. We do not profile users, do not target advertising, and do not sell data.

Where it lives

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on a server operated by SimhaFoundry on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (India region). Records are stored at rest in a database accessible only to the app's operator.

Who we share with

No one. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade data with third parties. We do not embed third-party SDKs that collect user data.

Children

The book and companion app are literary works intended for adult readers (18+). The app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

The app stores no personal account. The access code held on your device can be removed at any time by signing out in the app or uninstalling it.

Cookies and tracking

The app does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent tracking identifiers.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will post the updated version at the same URL with a new effective date.
